We are a friendly and energetic community theatre group based in the village of Detling. We present a wide range of plays — comedies, murder mysteries and serious dramas — and we always extend a warm welcome to new members.

The Great Christmas Cracker Heist
It’s cracking! A Christmas comedy that goes off with a bang.
Everyone at DG Crackers is looking forward to their Christmas bonus, and the staff party. But things aren’t going as well as they seem at DG, so the staff take steps to get the money they’re banking on.
Expect explosive humour, festive mayhem and a heist that’s anything but merry. It’s going to be cracking!
Auditions are over and the cast has been chosen — let the fun begin. Rehearsals are under way and it is all coming together. We cannot wait to bring this production to life for you in November. Keep the dates free.

Annual General Meeting will be in June 2027 at Detling Village Hall. We ALWAYS extend a warm welcome to new members.
